Last week we had a meeting with Dr. D. Anthony Miles, one of our Board of Advisors. As always it was a great conversation.

We attended the Business Impact NW  https://businessimpactnw.org/  annual Christmas party. We had a great time at this event.

We had a meeting with Pitchbook https://pitchbook.com/ to see how we could use their platform to help us in the fundraising process. For now, using their platform is cost prohibitive. But we can see how it would be quite useful. Just not for fundraising, but also as a sales platform. What better way to target companies, than those who have just raised funds. 

We continue to build out our email list. As we said last week, this is taking longer than expected. But we just want to make sure the list is as accurate as possible. We also want to make sure the list only has people qualified to be potential customers of cavnessHR. Actually, we spent most of our time this last week working on our email list. 

We continued to learn the basics of coding at Nucamp. www.nucamp.co As we said before if we are building a HR Tech startup, we probably need to learn at least the basics. As an additional benefit, we are getting to meet and talk to some people who are just now beginning their journey of becoming software developers. 

Speaking of tech, our CTO finished his move from Silicon Valley to Colorado. He should have his family settled in their new house soon and will be able to start working on the cavnessHR site. He is also going to talk to a few potential UX/UI designers.

We continue to meet with our customers to see how cavnessHR can add more value and to learn how to improve cavnessHR. We continue to talk to people on a daily basis about cavnessHR. 

We went through the list of potential investors for cavnessHR again to see who we should reach out to in the future.
