For this week's cavnessHR update.

We completed mission 4 of the Launch Lab Online Accelerator though Bunker Labs. https://bunkerlabs.org/launch-lab-online/ We are now about halfway through this online accelerator.

We attended a seminar with the South Sound SHRM https://sps.shrm.org/ on harassment in the workplace. We attend these to keep up to date with HR related learning.

We continued to meet with potential board advisors for the cavnessHR Board of Advisors. We should be able to officially announce our Board of Advisors soon.

We have begun to reach out to potential UX/UI people to help refine the design of the cavnessHR website. There are lots of talented people out there and we want to make sure we select the right one for cavnessHR.

We went through our LinkedIn and Twitter accounts to select potential upcoming guest for the cavnessHR podcast. Right now we have 547 potential guests that we believe would bring great value to our listeners. We have more than enough potential guests for the upcoming years. As we are only going to interview 48 per year.

We took course 3 of the HelloSign digital transformation course. This course continues to teach us how to become a 100% digital company and how to provide digital products to our future customers. This is a 12 series course, with each series coming out once a month.

We held our weekly development meeting and discussed the way ahead on several tech items.
The best news is that our CTO is complete with his cross-country move from Georgia to San Jose. So he will be able to become more involved with building out the tech for cavnessHR. I am presuming that our CTO being in the Silicon Valley area is going to be a great help for us.

We continue to refine our email lists so we can start sending out our HR blog for small business. We will also use the list to start our sales process. To include cold calling and cold emailing.

We continue to write content for our upcoming HR for small business and startups series. We will send these out using our email campaign manager and our own blog.
