podcasting editing hell
This week has been podcast editing hell for cavnessHR. We significantly underestimated the time required to edit these podcasts. We didn't realize how often people use space fillers, repeat the same word over and over or breathe heavily or just make sounds that I am sure they would not want on the podcast. Plus the fact that we are using . . .

The pace for cavnessHR is picking up. As I said last time, the more we do, the more we need to do.
We did not make it to the final 8 for the Business Impact NW pitch competition. We finished 14 out of 22 on the voting part. Then the judges decided that our scores on the rubric was not high enough to over come the 14th place finish. . . .

Another busy week at cavnessHR.
We went to the Seattle Public Library and received help from Jay Lymon - twitter @jaylyman in putting together the market research for cavnessHR. This was one of the requirements for the BusinessImpactNW pitch competition. We could not of done this without his help.. . .
