John Krajewski is CEO and Founder of Strange Loop Games, creators of the virtual online world Eco, in which players must join together to build a civilization capable of stopping a meteor without destroying the planet in the process.
His mission at Strange Loop is to build the next generation of virtual gaming worlds which bring us together in long-lasting positive communities. Prior to Strange Loop he worked at Electronic Arts and Midway, and started his company in 2009.

I would say, like I was talking about, the most important thing I look for in candidates is passion. If you don't know what your passion is yet, find your passion. Make that a priority.
