Emilio’s Advice
I think that what I can leave everyone with is the biggest takeaway is understanding that data is the future. Information is the future.
The more you know about your customers, the more you know about your employees, the better it is, and the easier it is to run a company. It's never too early to start. It's never too early to start thinking about your company or thinking about your startup. Thinking about what KPIs you want to achieve, how to move that needle down to that granular level. That's the biggest piece of advice. I wished even when I started my company and it was a data company. I wasn't setting KPIs. I wasn't setting goals for myself. I wish I did that from the start.
