 Frank Carbajal is Founder and President of “Es Tiempo”, the Silicon Valley Latino Leadership (SVLLS) Summit and Author of “Building the Latino Future: Success Stories for the Next Generation”. An inspiring collection of success stories from the country’s most prominent Latinos, Building the Latino Future offers insight and advice for Latinos in any industry who want to succeed spectacularly.

The SVLL Summit brings together the best and the brightest for inspirational discussions on everything from entrepreneurship, to politics, to executive management. “Es Tiempo” is one common thread that aligns its speakers year after year. Frank holds an MA, with an emphasis in Human Resources Management. Currently, Frank sits on the Advocacy Board for the Silicon Valley Education Foundation.

 Just don't fear the worst.  Because if you fear the worst, then you're going to be discouraged to be the best. So always be empowered to not only your passion. But always be strategic in terms of pitching your idea. Those are the words I have.
