Neetal Parekh is an attorney and founder/CEO of Innov8social, which develops
tools, content, and immersive programs to help problem solvers and aspiring entrepreneurs brainstorm, build, and scale social enterprises in actionable and transformative ways.
She is a passionate advocate for social impact ecosystem-building who believes that this field empowers us to creatively re-imagine how businesses and individuals can create meaningful impact and lasting value.
Innov8social is currently participating in the Tacoma Maritime Innovation Incubator with a focus on developing childrens' books to empower problem solving and share the Impactathon model in the Pacific Northwest.
It has also participated in the Pitch Collaborative by the William Factory Small Business Incubator and Accelerate253 by Startup253, among other local entrepreneurship initiatives.
Neetal is the author of Amazon bestselling book, 51 Questions on Social Entrepreneurship and convener of Impactathon®. Innov8social is working on a children's book series called Pineapple Friends, that introduces a problem-solving mindset to young learners, and an on-demand pitch platform to help founders continue upleveling their pitches.
As an attorney, Neetal has experience in immigration law, volunteers with Tacomaprobono, and is certified in the emerging field of Conscious Contracts®, which helps people and organizations design agreements to work together in alignment with their mission, values, and communication styles.

If you have an idea that you want to work on, despite listening to this whole conversation. Don't let it stop you from taking the first step. Because just in taking that first step, there's so much you will learn about your idea and about yourself.
Everything doesn't need to become a social enterprise or a business. But I think that it will strengthen that muscle that you can take an idea and do something with it.
Amazing things can happen. I would just say that it's go and do.
