We continue to meet with potential customers and people in general about cavnessHR. We continue to use Dux Soup and LinkedIn Sales Navigator as our main way of connecting with people. Along with old fashioned networking. So far those tools have been working pretty well for us.
One of our current customers and a couple of our potential customers want us to help them fill their upcoming positions. Because of this, we have been researching possible recruiting platforms to use. There are so many out there. But for now, we have demos set up with the following.

Our Senior Advisor for culture and leadership, Daniella Young gave a talk at the Tacoma Sunrise Rotary Club https://www.tacomasunriserotaryclub.org/ She talked about Organizational Behavior and other items. We will be posting the video of this talk soon.
We attended the Seattle Angel Conference https://www.seattleangelconference.com/2019/ final pitch competition. The event also included a panel on startups and investments and other items. Six companies presented at the event.
We did our weekly business development meeting where we talked about several items that we need to improve on and how we need to better use the capability of our sales platform Close.com
We had a meeting with our Diversity advisor and our Culture advisor. We discussed what we should be offering at cavnessHR in regards to those items. We also discussed doing our podcasts where each person talks to a person in their category. The goal is to have a cavnessHR Podcast, cavnessHR Culture podcast and cavnessHR Diversity podcast starting in 2020. We also discussed doing some type of event at the beginning of 2020. It will either be an event based on break out sessions to discuss topics involving HR, Culture, Diversity or other items. Or it will be an awards event where we present awards to leaders in the Seattle/Tacoma area.
We had our tech meeting and discussed various items on the product roadmap. There have been a few setbacks in this area. But we are still on track to have users to start signing up on the cavnessHR platform by May 31.
