We will start off with some great news first for cavnessHR. cavnessHR was awarded the Mission Award for best Veteran owned business at the 2018 Business Impact NW Pitch Competition.

We took part in the weekly SHRM Twitter Chat called #nextchat. https://blog.shrm.org/blog/nextchat-recap-boomers-hr-and-an-aging-workforce This is a weekly discussion on various HR topics. You answer 8 questions during the course of the twitter chat. This is a great way to keep up to date on various HR subjects and to make some great connections within the HR community. As an ulterior motive, we also use these twitter chats as a way to look for possible HR talent for cavnessHR.
We had our monthly talk with Matt Burns https://www.linkedin.com/in/matt-d-burns/ who is one of the Board of Advisors for cavnessHR. As usual, it was was a great talk. Matt always does a great job at focusing the conversation and having us discuss items that are important for the growth of cavnessHR.
Speaking of the cavnessHR Board of Advisors. We will have our initial meeting this Friday. It will be great to have them all in one place and receive their input and feedback on numerous topics. We have spent this week prepping for this meeting. Doing things like putting together a slide deck for the meeting.
We continue to hold weekly meetings with our customers to learn how we can improve cavnessHR. We continue to meet and talk with people about cavnessHR as well.
We had our first meeting with our new Business Development Representative, Lisa Murtha. We discussed the cavnessHR Sales, Marketing and Business Development plans moving ahead. We discussed ways to improve our customer acquisition process as well. We also finalized our sales projections for 2019. Click the attachment below for our projections

We implemented Google single sign-on.
Which we restricted to employees on the cavnessHR domain only.
We created an initial employee app for HR management, integrated multi-window app with HelloSign & Dropbox, using Google single sign-on.
We added additional security layers for employee app to serve communications to prevent out-of-band authentication attacks,
We added additional seed data to speed up development/testing
