We had a great meeting with Kevin Inthapandith https://www.linkedin.com/in/kevin-inthapandith-14968072/ of MK Studios Seattle https://www.mkstudioseattle.com/ We had a great discussion about how we can improve our podcasts. We also talked about having Kevin filming our upcoming HR for small business video series.
We continue to meet with our customers on a weekly basis and learn valuable lessons from them that we are using to improve cavnessHR.
We spent time this week working on the cavnessHR YouTube channel. Since it will soon be hosting our weekly series on HR for small business. We changed the name to cavnessHR from the cavnessHR podcast. We will continue to place the videos for the cavnessHR podcast here.

We had our final meetings with our interns who were part of the RISE program at the University of Puget Sound.https://www.pugetsound.edu/academics/experiential/for-students/featured-programs/rise/ We talked about their experience and everything they did and learned over the summer. The best news for cavnessHR is that two of them have agreed to continue interning for cavnessHR for the upcoming year.

We also had a short call with a VC that we connected with at 2018 NY Venture Summit. It was just an introductory call. But we believe it is important to establish relationships now.
Finally, we had our initial call with one of our Board of Advisors. It was very helpful for us and we really appreciate that we have a Board of Advisors to assist us in building cavness HR.
