We attended a webinar on the emergence of AI in recruiting that was done by Hiretual. https://www.hiretual.com/
We were on a couple of podcasts that should be released in August. We continue to look for podcasts and other ways to promote cavnessHR.
We attended an after-hours event as a member of the Tacoma Chamber of Commerce. https://www.tacomachamber.org/ The event was at Foot and Ankle Foot Associates https://www.anklefoot.net/ It was a great event and we met some potential customers for cavnessHR.
We are forming a partnership with Rita Parker https://www.linkedin.com/in/rita-anthony-parker-28b23777/ of The Genesis Home Network https://the-genesis-home.mn.co/ We are still working through what this partnership will entail. But it looks like a great opportunity for both companies.
We met with our marketing person and went over our SEO, keywords, our potential marketing budget for the rest of 2019 and 2020. Basically, we covered everything marketing related for cavnessHR and how to use our marketing to target potential customers. We also went over our competitive analysis and how we should lay out our website.
We are having about 4 meetings a day with various people about cavnessHR. Some are beneficial, some not so much. We continue to use Dux-Soup and Sales Navigator to reach out to people who own companies that have 49 or fewer people. One item we are learning is that LinkedIn is not 100% accurate when it comes to the size of companies.

As a method to have more people sign up as users. We sent a voice DM to all the cavnessHR Instagram followers asking them to sign up for an account and give us their feedback. So far that method has had limited success for us.
