This week has been podcast editing hell for cavnessHR. We significantly underestimated the time required to edit these podcasts. We didn't realize how often people use space fillers, repeat the same word over and over or breathe heavily or just make sounds that I am sure they would not want on the podcast. We did not make it to the final 8 for the Business Impact NW pitch competition. We finished 14 out of 22 on the voting part. Then the judges decided that our scores on the rubric was not high enough to over come the 14th place finish. We were . . .
